A: All of our Hats are adjustable and made to fit most sizes. Extremely small and large sized heads may have trouble fitting into Sheepshead Hats. The styles fit generally as described:

A: Most order arrive within 3 Business Days. We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail, and we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $70.

Q: How do I exchange or return my order? 

A: To exchange or return your order, please ship your order to Sheepshead along with a note explaining why you would like to exchange or return your order. Products must be in new unused condition, we will not accept any previously used or worn Sheepshead Products.

Q: How do I replace a Hat under Warranty

A: We stand by the quality of our products and strive to have the best customer service on the planet. If you have issues with a Hat, please return it to us along with a note explaining what went wrong with your hat. We will replace or repair all reasonable warrantly claims, but it is Sheepshead's sole discretion to replace or repair damaged hats covered under the Sheepshead Guarantee. Please ship all Hats with a Warranty Claim to the address above.
